Like many in the fitness industry, Daniel's journey began with competitive sports, leading him to a successful career as a professional volleyball player. Years of high-level training and competition taught him the importance of strength, mobility, and evidence-based performance methods.
After transitioning from professional sports, he discovered CrossFit and was drawn to its combination of intensity, functional movement, and community-driven training. Recognizing a gap in the fitness industry—where trends often overshadow real, sustainable results—he shifted his focus to coaching, integrating CrossFit methodologies with his athlete-tested approach.
Today, Daniel is based in Innsbruck and is dedicated to helping clients build strength, resilience, and long-term fitness through smart, effective CrossFit training.
